Third Attempt:
1-Clear Auto star of firewalll, Osea to remove that habra only when prende windows.
Converting 2-the name of the folder "Outpost Firewall" to "Outpost Firewall1"
3-Open and Close the Firewall
4-Back to rename "Outpost Firewall1" to "Outpost Firewall"
5-reopen the Firewall and sXe.
6-Converting the language sXe.
Fourth and last attempt:
1-Clear sXe
2-again to install, Disengage options Automatic Update and Close
3-Killing the Processo Outpost.exe
4-Back sxe open and change the language

burdaki anlatım ile 1e1 kurulum gerçekleştirirsiniz.

SUNUCU KURULUMU (Nihayet )
HLDS v4.1.1.0. Sunucu Dosyası
Kurulum
sırasında dikkat edilecek tek faktör, half-life oyununun bulunduğu
sürücü ile HLDS' nin bulunacağı sürücünün FARKLI sürücüler olması.
Örneğin; Half-life c: sürücünde, o zaman HLDS D: sürücünde olmalı.
Bunun nedeni ise herzaman olmasa da genelde bu hl ve hlds'nin aynı
sürücüde olması, saçma sapan sorunlar çıkmasına yol açıyor.
Biz
burdaki anlatımımızda default (yani ilk ayarlarıyla) hiçbir değişlik
yapmadan gerçekleştirilen kurulumu anlatıcaz. Burdaki en önemli 2
faktör HLDS' yi C: sürücüsüne kurmuş olduğunuzdan emin olmanız ve
kurulum tamamlandıktan sonra cstrike (yani counter-strike' ı)
C:Hlserver dizini altına kopyalamayı unutmamanızdır.
Adminmod v2.50.59 Sunucu Eklentisi
HLDS
kurulumu başarı ile tamamlandıktan sonra zip dosyası içindeki dosyaları
herhangi bir yere açın. Adminmod klasörü içerisinde install_admin.vbs
dosyasını çalıştırın. Kurulum başlayacaktır. Adminmod' u
Counter-strike' a kurmak için takip eden 3. ekrande size sorulacak olan
mod dizini adına "cstrike" yazın. Sonrasında kurulum otomatik olarak
tamamlanacaktır.
Statsme 2.7.1 Sunucu Eklentisi
Zip
dosyasını herhangi bir yere açın, içinden çıkan "statsme-2.7.1-cstrike"
klasörü altında "addons" adındaki klasörü "cstrike" klasörüne
kopyalayın.
(Eğer herhangi bir değişiklik yapmazsanız HLDS'nin kurulu olduğu sürücü ve dizin c:hlserver ve counter-stike c:hlservercstrike)
Kopyalama
işleminden sonra sıra plugins.ini dosyasını düzenlemeye geldi.
c:hlservercstrikeaddonsmetamodplugins.ini dosyasını herhangi bir text
editör (notepad,wordpad) ile açıp "win32
addonsstatsmedllssm_cstrike_mm.dll"
satırını ekleyin, kaydedip kapattıktan sonra kurulumu tamamlamış olacağız.
Cheating-Death v4.21 Sunucu Eklentisi
zip
dosyasını herhangi bir yere açın. Daha sonra c:hlservercstrikeaddons
dizini altına yeni bir klasör açın ve bu klasöre "cdeath" adını verin.
zip dosyasından çıkan tüm dosyaları bu klasör içine atın.
Sonra
plugins.ini dosyasını açıp (notepad,wordpad) "win32
addons/cdeath/cdmod.dll" satırını ekleyin, kaydedip kapattıktan sonra
kurulum YİNE tamamlanmış olacaktır
ASUS.WWCL Config Scanner Eklentisi
zip dosyasını herhangi bir yere açıp, içinden çıkan cstrike klasörünü c:hlserver klasörüne kopyalayın.

sonra yine plugins.ini dosyasını açıp (notepadddddd,wordpaddddddd )
"win32 addons/wwcl/dlls/pcawwclconfig_mm.dll" satırını ekleyin.
Kaydedip kapatın....

Şimdi
sıra sunucuyu çalıştırmaya geldi. Masaüstüne yeni>kısayol komutu ile
yeni bir kısayol oluşturun ve aşağıda verdiğim kurulum tiplerinden
hangisini kullanmak istiyorsanız kısayol komut satırına yazın.
